We are pleased to announce Troy Edelen, our founder and President, has earned the Certified Change Management Professional (CCMP) distinction. CCMP is the first credential developed by the Association of Change Management Professionals (www.acmpglobal.com). With a focus on experience, CCMP sets a baseline for practitioners who can truly deliver on ACMP's mission to "...support the success of individual and organizational change for the realization of intended business results."
To qualify candidates must demonstration they have the education (degree + 4,200 hours of change management experience), training (at least 21 hours of instructor led change management training) and knowledge of "The Standard of Change Management" and the CCMP Code of Ethics (as demonstrated by passing a rigorous 150 question, 3 hour test).
