Aspiri Consulting has been engaged by a Top 5 US Bank to launch a Portfolio Management Office (PMO) for the newly centralized Marketing division. As the marketing functions migrate from line of business (LOB) alignment to a centralized model, they need better prioritization, coordination and oversight of a large portfolio of technical and operations programs / projects. Aspiri will serve in dual roles; Interim PMO Leader and Change Manager.
As Interim PMO Leader, we will set-up the PMO for a successful phased launch before handing over to a yet-to-be-hired PMO Manager. As Change Manager, we will focus on enhancing the adoption, utilization and proficiency of all stakeholders within and outside the newly formed Marketing division.
